Proventus Capital Partners granted authorisation as Alternative Investment Fund Manager by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority

On 18 June, 2014, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, Finansinspektionen, granted Proventus Capital Management AB authorisation in accordance with the Swedish Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act.

Proventus Capital Management AB is thus one of the first managers to be granted authorisation in accordance with the Swedish implementation of the AIFM Directive.

Proventus Capital Partners is an active credit investor and loan provider to midsized companies in need of capital for expansion, acquisition financing, restructurings and refinancing in Northern Europe. Proventus Capital Partners also conducts investments in publically traded corporate bonds.

Proventus Capital Partners was initially established in 2009 and now manages EUR 2 billion in credit investments.
