PROVENTUS CAPITAL PARTNERS II AB (PUBL) ISSUES NEW DEBENTURES

Proventus Capital Partners II AB (publ) today announces that on 23 December 2014 the company will increase its contributed capital by SEK 265 mn through the issuance of 427 participation loan debentures at a price equal to SEK 500,000 each, and by an equity contribution of SEK 51.5 mn from the owners.

The new debentures are subscribed for by existing debenture holders and will be registered in Euroclear on or about 7 January 2015. The new debentures will be eligible for coupon payments from the fourth quarter of 2014.

Including the newly issued debentures, Proventus Capital Partners II’s funding comprises the Proventus Capital Partner II participation loan of SEK 3,843 mn and SEK 927 mn in equity.

Proventus Capital Partners also conducts investments in publically traded corporate credits.
