I would like to acknowledge and thank the amazing customers we have across UK and Ireland; without them, none of this would have been possible.”
Dublin, 23 December 2021 – Provident CRM announced record revenue in excess of €1M in a single month for the company in September 2021 - this was a cumulation of an extremely strong year of month-on-month growth to the year end. Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, with substantial operations in the UK, the independent digital solutions consultancy can look back on the most successful fiscal year in its more than 20 years of existence. Provident CRM customers are split evenly between the UK and Ireland across both Public and Private Sectors.
The increase in demand for customer relationship management systems (CRMs), customer engagement, CX, and task management software accelerated digital transformation in many companies around the world, mainly due to remote work impositions. The industries that Provident CRM serves developed positively, even during extended local lockdowns in a global fight against COVID-19. These include Healthcare, Business Services, Technology, as well as a diverse range of other industries.
Investments strengthen competitiveness and core business
In 2021, Provident CRM consistently grew the business through investing in resources, human capital and a modern office in the heart of Dublin’s Digital Docklands in Ireland. The company’s new dedicated space at Dogpatch Labs, an enterprise hub focused on accelerating the development of the Irish startup ecosystem, offers a unique coworking space with events and meeting room spaces for the local tech community.
The company has also recently launched its new website, www.providentcrm.com. The website offers a clean, modern design, with a better user-centric experience and improved navigation, functionality and responsiveness across all browsers and devices.
These investments have supported Provident CRM’s goals in strengthening its competitive advantage and advancements in certifications with its main solution partners. In addition to Provident CRM’s Elite Partner status with SugarCRM and Platinum Partner status with HubSpot, the company received Platinum Partner Tier with monday.com in July 2021. The certification is the highest rank recognition in monday.com’s partnership program, marking a milestone for Provident CRM. The achievement reflects the business objectives of generating sustainable and strategic alliances with global leading and transformative customised digital solutions for enterprises.
Outlook for the future
Provident CRM is committed to preparing for the future and achieving outstanding results as the team will grow across all business areas in 2022. By the end of 2021, Provident CRM’s headcount is due to surpass 50 employees working in a hybrid model. The business will continue to invest in the well-being of its staff through wellness initiatives and employee recognition programmes. In addition, Provident CRM supports a range of charitable causes in support of the communities in which it operates, with CSR contributions of over €5,000 in 2021.
The global pandemic situation, newly discovered variants, and vaccination rollouts considerably affect how Provident CRM predicts future developments for the business and stakeholders. However, the company expects demand for digital solutions consultancy to remain high for the year overall and anticipate sustained revenue growth for the first half of 2022.
