Pamper Yourself at Cooper Alley on December 13 And Now Children Benefit Too

Larkspur, CA (November 29, 2010) Cooper Alley, Marin’s premier hair styling salon will donate profits from all services performed on December 13 to Little Wishes, the Bay Area non-profit organization that grants wishes to hospitalized and terminally ill children.  Rick Cooper, master stylist and director of education, said “You can refresh your style with a precision haircut, color that will turn heads, a luxurious hair and scalp treatment, essential skincare services or a make-up update. Watch pampering produce amazing results, inside and out, knowing that nurturing yourself also means putting a smile on a child’s face.” For reservations and more information, call (415) 461-1146.

Each year, Cooper Alley selects a charity or holds a special benefit program as part of their community outreach efforts. This year, the executive team led by owners Rick and Ali Cooper chose Little Wishes for special recognition. “We were so moved by the children and how meaningful the fulfillment of a simple wish can be, “stated Ali Cooper, partner and master color specialist.  “As the parents of two healthy girls, Rick and I wanted to honor the important work done by the volunteers at Little Wishes and find a way for our customers to participate, too,” stated Cooper.

Little Wishes is a non-profit (501c3) organization that was created by two pediatric intensive care nurses to bring comfort and happiness to hospitalized children.   For more information, visit www.littlewishes.org.
