ST. LOUIS, Missouri, August 2, 2012 — Swank Audio Visuals proudly announces the promotions of Craig Hill, Michael Mansell and Steve Oliver to Divisional Vice President. Their key leadership over the years has significantly contributed to the continued growth and expansion of the Company, and combined with their many accomplishments, they have earned their new titles of Divisional Vice President.

Craig Hill
Craig Hill joined Swank in 1999 as Regional Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region and was elevated to Divisional Manager in 2006. He is a graduate of Guilford College in Greensboro, NC with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

As Divisional Vice President for the Northeast Division, Hill supports Swank’s teams and operations in Boston, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan and the Washington, D.C. metro area.

"In my career with Swank, I have been afforded the opportunity to work with so many talented people who have influenced my leadership style and contributed to my professional growth," said Hill. "I could not have achieved this success without the support of the team members in the Northeast Division, my peers and St. Louis support teams. At Swank, team members are encouraged to share new ideas and are recognized for achievement. Opportunities are born out of the Company's growth and individual talents. Swank continues to be the leader in our industry, and I am proud to have been a part of the Swank Team for 13 years. I am looking forward to many more years and seeing greater opportunities for many of our deserving Swank team members."

Michael Mansell
Michael Mansell graduated from San Jose State University in 1992 with a bachelor's in Radio, Television and Film Studies. After working in the broadcast industry, he joined Swank in 1994 as an Assistant Director.

"When I first joined the Company, I set my sights on growing my knowledge of all aspects of our business," said Mansell. "I immediately recognized the Swank business culture as a very rare and unique environment. This provided me the motivation and passion to succeed."

Demonstrating his talent for developing people and building hotel relationships, Mansell was promoted to multi-unit Team Leader in 2001 before advancing to Regional Manager in 2004. As Divisional Manager and now as Divisional Vice President, he oversees operations for the Western Division, including Washington, Oregon, California and Hawaii.

Mansell said, "The most fundamental lessons that impacted my career growth are that if we learn and improve from our mistakes and take care of our customers, team members and our hotel partners in a sincere and genuine fashion, the rest will take care of itself. I have been fortunate to have excellent leaders as my mentors, and I have been fortunate to have unbelievably talented and dedicated team members surrounding me. My hope is that I may, in turn, provide guidance and leadership to others and enjoy the rewards of helping our team members achieve their goals."

Steve Oliver
In 1990, Steve Oliver began his career in the food and beverage industry before joining Swank 19 years ago as an Assistant Director in Houston, TX. He relocated to Washington, D.C. to serve as Team Leader in 1995 before returning to Texas in 1997 to become Area Manager. Later as Regional Manager, Steve worked diligently to develop Swank's business in the Oklahoma, Texas and Louisiana markets. In 2007, he was promoted to Southern Divisional Manager, and as Divisional Vice President, he manages all aspects involving sales, marketing and operations for properties from Texas to Florida.

"This opportunity is a direct reflection on the many team members that I have had the privilege to work beside each and every day for the past 19 years," said Oliver. "The opportunities that Swank has afforded me during my career to learn, grow and succeed are priceless. The success of our Company is the result of the outstanding accomplishments and superior performance of all our team members. I will continue to enthusiastically champion our Company's goals and direction and will encourage our team members to do the same as they grow their careers within our Swank family. I look forward to the opportunities we will continue to create for our current and future team members."
