PSCo appoints new Chief Operating Officer to unify and streamline business operations
Reading, UK, 16 July 2013 – Trade-only AV specialist PSCo today announced the appointment of Amanda Green to Chief Operating Officer responsible for spearheading Technical Distribution, Rental and Nearly New AV as unified, complementary divisions offering the widest range of value added sourcing options available to partners and customers. Reporting to Stuart Holmes, CEO of PSCo, Amanda will manage core operations across the three divisions, managing internal communication processes, team management and strategic planning to ensure each works to its best ability. Amanda joins at an exciting time for PSCo and will play a dynamic role in optimising the potential and impact of each division under one umbrella.

Amanda joins from SMR Automotive Mirrors UK Ltd, where she spent nearly three years as Managing Director, delivering significant change and business wide improvement during a period of rapid growth. She is a qualified ACMA, Associate Chartered Management Accountant, CIMA qualification. Amanda has over 20 years operational, financial and general management experience in manufacturing, support services and technology businesses, with extensive involvement in driving business improvement and cultural change.
