Proposal for members of the board of directors of Pyrosequencing AB
PROPOSAL FOR MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF PYROSEQUENCING AB Uppsala, Sweden, April 17, 2003 - The Annual General Meeting of Pyrosequencing AB (Stockholm: PYRO A) will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2003 at 5:00 p.m. (local time) at Radisson SAS Hotel Gillet, Dragarbrunnsgatan 26, Uppsala, Sweden. Pyrosequencing AB has been informed that the Nomination Committee intends to present the following proposal, which is supported by shareholders representing 31.2 percent of the shares. The proposed number of board members is 6. Remuneration to the Board of Directors is proposed to amount to 1,170,000 SEK. The proposal for members of the board is as follows: Re-election of Lars Gatenbeck, Björn Odlander, Bengt Samuelsson, Eugen Steiner and Mathias Uhlén. New election of Jeff Bork. The proposed board intends to elect Jeff Bork as Chairman. The following board members decline re-election: Urban Jansson and Björn Svedberg. It is also proposed that the auditors shall receive remuneration according to approved invoicing.
