CONTRACTUAL CHANGES IN SLOVAKIA

SkyToll Inc. and Q-Free ASA are currently in a dialogue regarding changes in the ongoing contract signed 23rd of January 2009.  This will most likely result in a change of scope and a reduction in the contract value.

Q-Free expects to be able to inform the market of the outcome of the discussions within a few weeks.
