Increase in share capital - Q-Free ASA

The Board of Directors of Q-Free ASA approved in a board meeting 6th of July 2009 to increase the share capital with NOK 7,447.62. The increase in the share capital is carried out according to proxy by issuance of 19,599 new shares with a par value of NOK 0.38. The share capital will increase from NOK 20,875,107.34 to NOK 20,882,554.96 after the share capital increase has been registered in Foretaksregisteret (The Norwegian Company Register). The increase in the share capital is approved in relation to the completion of the acquisition of the english company Building Captial Ltd. (reference to stock exchange announcement dated 18th of December 2008). A new press release will be published when the share capital increase has been registered in Foretaksregisteret.
