NEGOTIATION IN SLOVAKIA FOR A LARGER CONTRACT

Q-Free informed in the third quarter report 2008 that the company is in a dialogue with a consortium SanToll Ibertax for a truck tolling project in Slovakia. SkyToll (owned by Ibertax and Santoll ), has signed a contract with NDS (National Highway Company) on January 13th 2009. Q-Free is in negotiations with SkyToll for a possible larger delivery.
