Q-FREE - ANNUAL RESULT 2008

The Board of Directors of Q-Free ASA has in a board meeting on the 26.03.2009 approved the Directors report and the audited accounts for 2008 based on international financial reporting standards (IFRS), for final approval at the Annual General Meeting.

The Group has no material changes in the audited accounts compared to the preliminary results for 2008, presented in the fourth quarter 2008 report.

The Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting that there will no distribution of dividend for the accounting year of 2008.

The Annual Report will be published in April together with the notice of the Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held on the 18.05.2009.
