Q-FREE - ANNUAL RESULT 2010

The Board of Directors of Q-Free ASA has today approved the Directors Report and the Consolidated Financial Statements for 2010. The Consolidated Financial Statements are presented according to IFRS and will be presented for final approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held 19th of May 2011. 

The Group's Annual Audited Consolidated Financial Statements include no changes compared to the preliminary results for 2010, presented in the fourth quarter report. The Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting that there will be no distribution of dividends for the accounting year of 2010.

The Annual report including the approved accounts will be published on the Company's website www.q-free.com together with the notice for the Annual General Meeting.
