Q-FREE – INCREASE IN SHARE CAPITAL

Trondheim/Oslo, 8 May 2014:The Board of Directors of Q-Free ASA approved in a board meeting 7 May 2014 to increase the share capital with NOK 46.240,68. The increase in the share capital is carried out according to proxy by issuance of 121.686 new shares with a par value of NOK 0.38.  The share capital will increase from NOK NOK 26.097.053,28 to NOK 26.143.293,96 after the share capital increase has been registered in Foretaksregisteret (The Norwegian Company Register).

The increase in the share capital is approved in relation to the completion of the acquisition of the Traffic Design in Slovenia (reference to stock exchange announcement dated 23 April 2014).

A new press release will be published when the share capital increase has been registered in Foretaksregisteret.
