Q-Free Open Roads, part of our inter-urban service line, is close to entering into a final contract to implement and maintain an Advanced Transportation Management System in the US. The order value will be approximately 200 MNOK, and the contract will have a duration of four years. In addition, there will be three optional two-year extensions.

The contract has been approved by the customer’s Board of Directors, and is now pending final signatures. Although we expect the contract to be signed soon, we release this information now to be transparent and avoid any issues related to Q-Free’s planned share capital increase and the ongoing book-building process, which is expected to end on 28 September at 16:30 CET.

- When signed, this contract will be our biggest ever outside tolling. It demonstrates Q-Free’s capabilities and competitiveness as an ITS company and will further build our record high order backlog going into 2017, states President & CEO in Q-Free, Håkon Volldal.
