Q-FREE – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Charlotte Brogren Karlberg has informed the Board and the Nomination Committee that she will resign as Director in Q-Free ASA as per 26 October 2017, due to increased work load as part of taking on a new executive position.

-We would like to thank Charlotte for her long tenure in and contributions to Q-Free, and fully understand the difficulty in combining a new and demanding job with a Board position in Q-Free, comments Chairman of the Board, Tore Valderhaug.
