Q-FREE - TAG ORDER IN SOUTH-AFRICA -19 MNOK

Q-Free has received a second tag order from ETC in South-Africa at a value of 19 MNOK. ETC is appointed as operator for the Gauteng Project and is responsible for the distribution of tags.

"This is the second tag contract in South Africa in only a few months. South Africa can clearly become a long term important market for Q-Free", CEO Øyvind Isaksen comments.

The order will be delivered within June 2011.

Q-Free has a subsidiary in Durban, Q-Free Africa which has a BEE-status.
