Q-FREE –ATMS CONTRACT IN SLOVENIA - NOK 5.4 MILLION

Trondheim 11 July 2014: Q-Free has received a three-year Advanced Transportation Management Systems (ATMS) contract from Ljubljana City (Ljubljanska Parkirisca and Trznice d.o.o) in Slovenia at a value of NOK 5.4 million with start-up in July 2014. The contract includes delivery of seven new parking systems, maintenance and support of the parking systems, and upgrading the existing central system.

Q-Free has a subsidiary in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Going forward Q-Free will announce ATMS contracts over NOK 5 million and RUC contracts over NOK 10 million.
