Q-FREE- DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

Chairman of the Board, Tore Valderhaug, has been given proxies without voting instructions for 19,324,489 shares in Q-Free ASA, representing 21.66 % of the total shares and voting rights in the Company.

The proxies are valid for the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 May 2018.

This notification is made pursuant to the Norwegian Securities Trading Act section 4-3.
