Acting Chair of the Board, Trond Valvik, has been given proxies without voting instructions for 26,340,811 shares in Q-Free ASA, representing 29.52 % of the total shares and voting rights in the Company.

The proxies are valid for the Ordinary General Meeting to be held on 28 May 2020.

This notification is made pursuant to the Norwegian Securities Trading Act section 4-3.
