Acting Chair of the Board, Trond Valvik, has been given proxies without voting instructions for 26,843,473 shares in Q-Free ASA, representing 30.09 % of the total shares and voting rights in the Company. The proxies are valid for the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 18 May 2020. This notification is made pursuant to the Norwegian Securities Trading Act section 4-3.
