Q-Free: Mandatory notification of trade

(Bergen, 8 November 2022) Rieber & Søn AS has today bought 1,000,000 shares in Q-Free ASA, at an average price of NOK 6.075 per share. The total shareholding of Rieber & Søn AS in Q-Free ASA is 55,069,283 shares and represents 49.5 % of the shares in the Company.
