Q-Free: Thale Kuvås Solberg will take on the position as CEO on October 15

(Trondheim, 8 September 2022) Reference is made to our announcement on June 30 this year where we informed that Thale Kuvås Solberg was appointed CEO of Q-Free ASA and was expected to assume the position at latest at the end of the fourth quarter of 2022.

It is now clear that Kuvås Solberg will be able to assume the position on October 15 this year. Simultaneously, Interim CEO Trond Christensen and Interim CFO Arne Kristian Hoset will revert to their previous positions as CFO and Financial Director Group respectively.
