The company has one share class. The number of votes is equivalent to the number of shares in the company.

The change is related to the stock exchange release of 1. September 2008. The company has completed a share capital increase of NOK 646,738.72 with the issuance of 1,701,944 new shares related to the acquisition of the Dutch company Dacolian BV.
