TAG ORDER FROM AUSTRALIA – 15 MNOK

Q-Free ASA has been awarded an order for On Board Units (OBU) from the Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) in Australia valued at approximately 15 MNOK.

Australia has become a mature market within road user charging. Cashless tolling will continue to expand in Australia implying increased demand for tags and modernisation of existing road side infrastructure, and as such Australia represent an important market for the company, says CEO Dr. Øyvind Isaksen. The order will be delivered within January 2010. Q-Free has a subsidiary in Sydney, Australia. Trondheim, 25th of September 2009.
