Trondheim 21 July 2014: Q-Free Elcom has received an Advanced Transportation Management Systems (ATMS) contract in the City of Belgrade in Serbia at a value of NOK 5.9 million with start-up in July 2014. The contract includes traffic light controllers, traffic management system and equipment, and will be delivered within one year. Q-Free has signed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) for the acquisition of the Serbian company ELCOM d.o.o. for EUR 1.3 million.
