COURT DECISION RELATED TO THE CONGESTION CHARGING SYSTEM IN  GOTHENBURGH

Q-Free announced on the 6th of April 2011 that the company was awarded a contract for delivery of the congestion charging infrastructure in Gothenburg. Contract signing could at earliest  take place after 10 days complaints period. The company informed in its first quarter report that a complaint had been filed from one of the bidders.Q-Free has today been informed with a court decision from the Administrative court in Falun Sweden for the “Congestion charging scheme in Gothenburg, roadside equipment”.
