If any deviation between the two versions, the Norwegian version shall prevail.)Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General meeting in Q-Free ASA will be  held on Monday 19 September 2016 at 09.00 hrs at the Hotel Continental, Stortingsgata 24/26, Oslo. The notice and papers, together with the notice of attendance and proxy form, are sent to all shareholders whom address is known, registered in the Norwegian Security Depository (VPS) as of 12 August 2016.
