Qt Group Plc: Share subscriptions based on stock options 2016

Qt Group Plc Stock Exchange Release March 6, 2020 at 10:15 pm (EET)

Between 4 February 2020 and 24 February 2020, a total of 47,949 Qt Group Plc’s new shares has been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2016. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2016, the entire subscription price of EUR 232,073.16 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity.

After the trade registration the total amount of shares is 23,841,661.

The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2016 have been registered in the Trade Register on 6 March 2020, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights.

The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ Helsinki together with the old shares as of 9 March 2020.
