Quantros Performance Improvement Advising Optimizes Safety Management for Providence Health & Services
Quantros, a leading provider of quality, safety and clinical business intelligence solutions for the healthcare industry, today announces a Performance Improvement Advising agreement with Providence Health & Services to simplify and optimize safety reporting for 16 of Providence’s facilities across three regions.
Providence has been a Quantros customer since 2008, using the Quantros Safety Event Manager (SEM) solution to enable accurate and easy event capture and data analysis of quality and safety initiatives. This performance improvement advising capitalizes upon existing SEM integration for Providence’s facilities in California, Montana and Washington, boosting SEM effectiveness.
“Building advisory insight into our relationship with Providence adds a dimension of sustainable and customized change management into the effectiveness of our Safety Event Manager solution,” said Thomas Huber, Senior Director of Quantros Advising Services.
Performance improvement advising will include educating all facilities on process flow, evaluating the current process and working together to streamline and reconfigure areas to best suit the organizational demands of Providence.
