Communiqué from the extraordinary general meeting on August 8, 2024 in Quartiers Properties AB (publ)

At the extraordinary general meeting of Quartiers Properties AB (publ) (the "Company") which took place today, August 8, 2024, the following decisions were essentially made with the required majority.

Election to the board of directors

The meeting decided, in accordance with the board's proposal, that in addition to the board members elected at the annual general meeting, for the time until the end of the next annual general meeting, elect Fredrik Björklund as a regular member of the board.

Amendment of the articles of association

The meeting decided, in accordance with the board's proposal, to change the first point of the articles of association with regard to the company's name, from Quartiers Properties AB (publ) to Boho Group AB (publ). The change of the company's name is subject to approval by the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

Briefly about the company
