Quartiers enters new era of growth - signs letter of intent with Nowonomics and QQM Fund Management to develop joint property funds

Quartiers Properties ("Quartiers" or "the Company"), a Swedish real estate company with a strong focus on the Spanish market, is pleased to announce that it has signed a letter of intent with Nowonomics AB (publ) ("Nowo") and QQM Fund Management ("QQM"). This agreement marks the beginning of a new business segment that lays the foundation for growth through real estate funds without necessarily raising capital by issuing shares to finance new projects.

With experience and expertise in the Swedish and Spanish real estate sectors, Quartiers sees this venture as a step towards a business model that enables growth without large capital injections from the Company's shareholders. The initiative reflects Quartiers' strategic decision to continue its expansion in markets with clear value creation potential. The Swedish market is currently in a situation not unlike that of Spain when Quartiers began investing in the Spanish Costa del Sol. The fund structures also allow Quartiers to reallocate some of its capital from a strong Spanish market to a currently weak Swedish market with good opportunities.

The letter of intent between Quartiers, Nowo and QQM represents a shared vision to create high quality real estate funds that offer Nowo's pension savers attractive investment opportunities in the real estate market. This alliance underlines Quartiers' ambition to deliver continued high value to its shareholders through growth, risk management and, in this case, without the need to raise capital for new property acquisitions through new issues in the parent company.

The collaboration enables Quartiers to generate new income streams and build an efficient capital structure.
