Quartiers Properties – CEO purchases shares

Marcus Johansson Prakt, Interim CEO of Quartiers Properties, has acquired shares in the company. When the transactions were completed the total holding amounted to 107,975 ordinary shares.

The acquisition took place on the market on 17 and 18 July 2018. On 17 July, 20,000 shares were acquired at an average price of SEK 7.04, and on 18 July, 3,000 shares acquired at an average price of SEK 7.12.
