Quartiers Properties makes payment on preference shares with a record date of 31 March 2020 as planned

Quartiers Properties AB (publ) (“Quartiers” or “the Company”) will make the planned payment on preference shares with a record date of 31 March 2020 as planned. The payment date is estimated to be 3 April 2020.

At the current preference share price, Quartiers preference shares are trading at a yield of approximately 20 percent with a redemption price of SEK 12 per preference share, compared with a closing price of SEK 5.44 per preference share at 26 March 2020. The final day of trading entitling shareholders to this dividend is today, 27 March 2020.
