The brochure will be sent to all shareholders and warrant holders by post, but is also available on the company's website www.quartiersproperties.se.
The subscription price per ordinary share on exercising a warrant is the highest of (i) 75 percent of the volume-weighted average price according to Nasdaq First North Growth Market’s official list of prices for the shares for a period of ten trading days immediately prior to (and excluding) 15 March 2022, and (ii) SEK 3.50. The subscription price will be announced in a press release around 15 March 2022.
