Quartiers starts calculation period for exercise price of warrants
Today, 1 March 2022, Quartiers Properties is starting the calculation period (VWAP period) for determining the exercise price for series TO4 2020/2022 warrants issued in connection with Quartiers Properties AB (publ) ("Quartiers" or the "Company") redemption programme for preference shares in 2020.
A total of 3,291,624 series TO4 2020/2022 warrants have been issued. One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new ordinary share in the Company during the period from 17 March 2022 to 31 March 2022.
The subscription price per ordinary share on exercising a warrant is the highest of (i) 75 percent of the volume-weighted average price according to Nasdaq First North Growth Market’s official list of prices for the shares for a period of ten trading days immediately prior to (and excluding) 15 March 2022, and (ii) SEK 3.50.
The closing price of Quartiers’ ordinary share on 28 February 2022 was SEK 4.91.
Quartiers will issue a new press release when the exercise price is set.
Upon full exercise of the TO4 2020/2022 warrants, 3,291,624 new ordinary shares will be issued. This should result in a dilution of votes of 5.6 percent and of capital of 5.1 percent.
