The results of the exercise of TO4 warrants show high participation of about 88%
Quartiers Properties AB (publ) (hereinafter “Quartiers” or “the Company”) finds the exercise of series TO4 warrants to be approximately 88 percent.
This means that 2,912,302 warrants have been exercised and that the number of ordinary shares in the Company will increase by a corresponding number from 54,784,703 to 57,697,005, such that Quartiers will receive approximately SEK 10.8 million. The final dilution effect after exercise of the warrants amounts to 4.5 percent for capital and 5.0 percent for votes.
The warrants that were exercised have now been converted into interim shares. They will be converted into ordinary shares as soon as the issue has been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
