The subscription price for the exercise of warrants has been determined
The subscription price for subscription of new ordinary shares with series 4 (TO4) warrants in Quartiers Properties AB (publ) (“Quartiers” or the “Company”) has been set to SEK 3.71 per ordinary share.
In total, there are 3,291,624 TO4 series 2020/2022 warrants. One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new ordinary share in the Company during the period from 17 March 2022 to 31 March 2022. If fully exercised, the Company could receive approximately SEK 12 million.
