QuiBids Named an American Business Awards Finalist
QuiBids is a finalist for the second year in a row by the American Business Awards. This year, QuiBids is up for the Fastest-Growing Tech Company of the Year.
Oklahoma City, OK — June 6, 2012 — We’re up for a Stevie! The American Business Awards — known affectionately as the Stevies — recently announced that QuiBids is among the finalists for the tenth installment of their awards program, which annually recognizes exemplary work by businesses and individuals across the world.
QuiBids is one of eight finalists in the Fastest-Growing Tech Company of the Year – Up to 2,500 Employees category, alongside C2 Technologies in Virginia, Verivo Software in Massachusetts, and a handful of California-based techs. The only other Stevies finalist headquartered in Oklahoma is Chesapeake Energy, which is in the running for the recognition of 2012 Energy Company of the Year.
“We’re so honored by the Stevies’ recognition,” said Jill Farrand, QuiBids’ director of public relations. “It’s energizing to know that QuiBids stood out among the thousands of entrants they choose from each year.”
While most of this year’s 44 category winners and runners-up will be announced at the New York gala on June 18, the Fastest-Growing Tech Company award will remain under wraps until September 17, when the Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards are presented at the new tech awards gala in San Francisco.
Past Stevie winners in the tech field include Apple, Inc., Tellago, Inc., Constant Contact, Overstock.com, Mozilla, and many others.
