During February Month, we have focused on introducing Jonas, our new colleague, have had meetings with potential distributors in two European markets, met with end users, held an extraordinary general meeting and presented our interim report and year-end unaudited annual report.

Jonas Wahlfrid started his position as Senior Embedded Software Engineer with us during the first week of February. Our focus has been to introduce him to our QuickCool® SYSTEM. Jonas continues the work to optimize the control engineering functionality.

We held an extraordinary general meeting on 18 February. The EGM took the decision to change the articles of association so as to enable the aggregation of shares. The aggregation of the company's shares in the ratio of 1:10, means that ten (10) existing shares are exchanged for one (1) new share of the same type. Today's low share value results in unacceptable large differences between buying and selling rates, which is unfavorable to those who want to trade in the company's share.

The decision means that the share capital of the company will be reduced by the provision to non-restricted equity. The decrease will result in a new quota value of SEK 1 per share, which is why the reduction amount depends on the share capital at the time of registration.

The last day of trading of the Quickcool AB stock on Spotlight Stock market before the reverse split is 6 March. The trading of the Quickcool AB stock after the reverse split starts on 7 March.

On February 28, we presented our interim report and year-end unaudited annual report for 2018.
