Nomination Committee for Quickcool AB for the AGM 2019
In accordance with the decision taken at Quickcool AB Annual General Meeting on May 03, 2018, the nomination committee for the AGM 2019, shall consist of three members, who shall represent the two shareholders with the largest number of shares that are willing to be included in the nomination committee, and the Board's President. The nomination committee appoints the Chairman.
In accordance with the above guidelines, the nomination committee for the AGM 2019 will consist of the following persons:
- Lennart Sjölund (Chairman of the Nomination Committee)
- Mats Danielsson
- Göran Brorsson (Chairman of the Board)
Together, the members of the nomination committee represent approximately 33 per cent of the shares in the company as of September 30, 2018.
The nomination committee shall prepare proposals for the following issues, to be presented at the AGM 2019 for decision:
• Proposal of Board members
• Proposal of Chairman of the Board
• Proposal of board fees
• Proposal of auditor and auditor's fee
• Proposal of Chairman of the AGM and
• Proposal of guidelines for the nomination committee for the AGM 2020
