Quickcool AB: Strengthens its organization with an experienced Director of Operations

QuickCool AB: Jim Hansson begins his position as Director of Operations on 01 April 2019.
As part of the company's shift from development company to a company focused on production, marketing and sales, Jim Hansson has been recruited to QuickCool AB as Director of Operations starting on Monday April 1.

The company employs a key person that fundamentally strengthens the company's expertise and experience. Jim brings a unique experience of medical technology and systems of integrated cooling. He has for the past 9 years worked as production manager and service manager at the medical technology company Xvivo Perfusion AB in Lund (Vivoline Medical AB).

Jim's experience of continuous product development work, testing, maintenance, service and training of medical devices in combination with his expertise in purchasing, inventory optimization, production, supplier evaluations, cleanroom management, and Quality Assurance according to ISO 13485, he will become a valuable addition to the QuickCool organization. Previously, Jim has also worked at Note, Maquet and Jostra AB.

"I look forward to starting at Quickcool AB. QuickCool is in a very exciting phase that includes, among other things, O-series production and CE-mark processes", Jim Hansson says.

"We have searched for a person who can be responsible for all production engineering issues, who can be the company's representative vis-à-vis the production facilities, who can optimize our sourcing process, reduce our COGS and thereby increase our margins, and ensure that we meet the regulatory requirements that apply to the production of medical devices," CEO Fredrik Radencrantz says.
