Significant events during the first quarter, January 1, 2013 – March 31, 2013
Production for the first quarter amounted to 34,833 MWh (47,929 MWh).
The average electricity price per presold MWh was SEK 364 (410)/MWh.
The average price for electricity certificates and GoO (Guarantee of Origin) was SEK 221 (168)/MWh.
First quarter, January-March 2013
Production from the Group’s wind farms from January-March amounted to 34,833 (47,929) MWh.
Net sales totaled KSEK 20,373 (27,703).
The average electricity price per presold MWh from January to March 2013 was SEK 364 (410)/MWh. Revenues from the sale of electricity certificates averaged SEK 219 (166)/electricity certificate from January-March 2013.
Operating profit before depreciation/amortization (EBITDA) amounted to KSEK 13,469 (18,710) and the operating profit was (EBIT) KSEK 3,928 (7,301).
Depreciation/amortization totaled KSEK 9,541 (11,409). The Company adjusted its assessment of the useful life of the wind turbines from 20 years to 25 years, which resulted in a SEK 2.5 m reduction in depreciation.
The Company posted a loss after tax of KSEK 3,064 (loss: 588).
Significant events after the end of the period
Rabbalshede Kraft granted an environmental permit for the Femstenaberg wind farm in the Municipality of Strömstad. The County Administrative Council in Västra Götaland’s County granted the environmental permit in September 2012 and it came into legal effect in April 2013. The wind farm encompasses up to 15 wind turbines corresponding to an output of 45 MW.

Rabbalshede Kraft AB (publ) is a fast-growing player in wind power.
