Significant events during the first quarter, January 1, 2014 – March 31, 2014

  • Production for the first quarter totaled 77,054 MWh (34,833)
  • EBIT was KSEK 18,301 (3,928)
  • The average electricity price per presold MWh was SEK 321/MWh (364)
  • The average price for electricity certificates and Guarantees of Origin (GoO) was SEK 194/MWh (221)
  • Net sales totaled KSEK 39,660 (20,373)
  • EBITDA amounted to KSEK 31,101 (13,469)

First quarter, January-March 2014

Production from the Group’s wind farms during January-March amounted to 77,054 MWh (34,833).  

EBIT was KSEK 18,301 (3,928).

The average electricity price per presold MWh was SEK 321/MWh (364).

The average price for electricity certificates and Guarantees of Origin was SEK 194/MWh (221).

Net sales totaled KSEK 39,660 (20,373).

EBITDA amounted to KSEK 31,101 (13,469).

Depreciation/amortization totaled KSEK 12,800 (9,541).

The Company posted a profit after tax of KSEK 5,756 (loss: 3,064).

Rabbalshede Kraft was granted an environmental permit for the Lyrestad wind farm comprising up to eight wind turbines (25 MW). The wind farm gained legal force in January 2014.

Significant events after the end of the period

The Board of Rabbalshede Kraft decided to start trading in the company’s share on the Alternativa equities market on the Alternativa Lista. The first trading period for Rabbalshede Kraft shares will begin on Wednesday, May 7, 2014, and continue until Monday, May 12, 2014. Trading will thereafter take place once a month.

The Company employed Lars Jacobsson as its new Operational and Maintenance Manager. Lars assumed his position in April 2014 and is now part of the Company’s management.
