Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Rabbalshede Kraft AB (publ)

Shareholders of Rabbalshede Kraft AB (publ), corporate registration number 556681-4652, are hereby notified that the Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2013, at 4:00 p.m. in the RunAn venue at the Chalmers Conference Centre, Chalmersplatsen 1, in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Shareholders who would like to participate in the Annual General Meeting must:

Be registered in the Euroclear Sweden AB shareholder registry by Friday, April 19, 2013, and

Register their participation with the Company by telephone +46 (0) 525-197 00, e-mail info@rabbalshedekraft.se, completing the form at www.rabbalshedekraft.se, or by traditional mail to: Rabbalshede Kraft AB (publ), Marknadsvägen 1, SE-457 55 Rabbalshede, Sweden, not later than April 19, 2013, at 5:00 p.m.

Official notification of the Annual General Meeting will be published in Post- och Inrikes Tidningar and on Rabbalshede Kraft’s website on Thursday, March 28, 2013. Announcement that the official notification has been made will be published on the same date in Dagens Industri and Göteborgs-Posten.

Rabbalshede Kraft AB (publ) is a fast-growing player in wind power.
