Rabbalshede Kraft extends subscription period
As a result of substantial interest in conjunction with the trading of Subscription rights between June 11 and 15 on the Alternativa Sweden securities market, the Board of Directors of Rabbalshede Kraft AB have resolved to extend the subscription period for the current rights issue until June 29, 2012.
A total of 4.2 million subscription rights have been traded and to ensure sufficient time for the acquired subscription rights to be registered in the new buyers’ custodial accounts, the subscription period is being extended.
Subscribing for shares using Subscription rights
When subscribing for shares through the redemption of subscription rights, payment must be made in cash not later than June 29, 2012. The subscription period has been extended by four banking days. Non-redeemed subscription rights will become null and void after the close of the subscription period and thus lose any value.
Information to directly-registered shareholders
Those shareholders who are registered, as of the record date, in the share register maintained by Euroclear for the Company have received a notification of allotment together with a preprinted payment notice from Euroclear. The preprinted notification of allotment states the number of subscription rights received. The received “special application form 1” is to be used when acquiring or divesting subscription rights
Information to nominee-registered shareholders
Shareholders, whose shareholdings are nominee registered at a bank or other nominee, will not receive any notification of allotment. Application for subscription and payment must instead comply with the instructions of the respective nominee. When acquiring or divesting subscription rights, applications must comply with the instructions of the respective nominee.
