Rabbalshede Kraft granted environmental permit for Femstenaberg wind farm in Municipality of Strömstad

The Femstenaberg wind farm in the Municipality of Strömstad has granted an environmental permit. The wind farm encompasses up to 15 turbines corresponding to a power of 45 MW.

The application documents were submitted to the County Administrative Board in the County of Västra Götaland in December 2009. The Municipality of Strömstad subsequently approved the wind farm, which is a prerequisite for securing approval from the Country Administrative Board under the Swedish Environmental Code. The County Administrative Board in the County of Västra Götaland granted the environmental permit in September 2012, the permit has now gained legal force.
