Rabbalshede Kraft preferential rights issue period to commence

Due to restrictions in securities legislation in the US, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Canada, Switzerland, Singapore, New Zealand and South Africa, no offer to subscribe for shares is extended to shareholders or other parties with a registered address in any of these countries.

Today, Friday December 4, 2015, the subscription period commences for the preferential rights issue of Class B shares as announced by Rabbalshede Kraft on September 25, 2015. 

• The offer consist of shares in an amount between SEK 299,299,722 and SEK 359 159 664 by a new issue of a minimum of 49,883,287 and a maximum of 59,859,944 Series B shares at a price of SEK 6 per share
• Manor Investment SA, Ernst Rosén Invest AB and the Chalmers Foundation have each issued subscription guarantees whereby Manor Investment SA guarantees to subscribe for shares for a total amount of 200 million SEK, Ernst Rosén Invest AB guarantees to subscribe for shares for a total amount of 42 million SEK and the Chalmers Foundation guarantees to subscribe for shares for a total amount of 30 million SEK
• Shareholders have preferential rights to subscribe for eight new shares of series B for every ten shares that the shareholders own in the company. Ten shares held, of both series A and series B entitles to eight new shares of series B
• Subscription of shares will take place from December 4 to December 18, 2015
• Record date for obtaining preferential rights was December 2, 2015
