Rabbalshede Kraft recruits Financial and IR Manager, as well as Chief Operating Officer
Rabbalshede Kraft has recruited Britta Ersman as Financial and IR Manager, as well as Lars Larsson as Chief Operating Officer (“COO”).
As Financial and IR Manager, Britta Ersman will be responsible for tasks including ensuring the Company’s long-term financing and the communication between Rabbalshede, the capital market, and shareholders. Rabbalshede Kraft is a limited company and like listed companies, it submits financial reports every quarter for the market to monitor the Company’s development. Britta Ersman has more than ten years of experience from the financial market and a background from the Second Swedish National Pension Fund where she was Head of Private Equity.
As Chief Operating Officer, Lars Larsson will take full control of the Company’s operations. The focus will be on safeguarding the development of existing wind-farm projects in the Company’s project portfolio and the development of new wind farms, as well as the sale of wind-power projects. Lars Larsson has a broad background in the energy industry and joins us from a position as Sales Manager at Göteborg Energi and CEO at Partille Energi and Ale Fjärrvärme.

Britta Ersman and Lars Larsson will take up their positions at Rabbalshede Kraft in July and June, 2015, respectively, and will both be members of the company’s management group. Company management will comprise Thomas Linnard, Britta Ersman, Fredrik Samuelsson, Lars Larsson and Peter Bjelkengren.

Rabbalshede Kraft AB (publ) plans and establishes proprietary land-based wind farms, in collaboration with other players or for divestment whereby the company is able to offer operating services.
