Radisson SAS enters Macedonia

Brussels, 7 June 2004…. Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts, the first class hotel brand of Rezidor SAS Hospitality, has signed an agreement to manage its first hotel in Macedonia. The Radisson SAS Palace Hotel is located in the city center of Ohrid on the Northeastern coast of Lake Ohrid.

The hotel will offer 140 guest rooms including 12 penthouse suites on the top floor with spectacular views over lake Ohrid, a bar and two restaurants: one international cuisine restaurant as well as a Macedonian specialty restaurant. The conference center offers a business center as well as 6 meeting rooms. Other facilities include an in- and outdoor swimming pool, a health & fitness center, a spa with treatment rooms and several retail outlets.

The total investment in the project is 25 million EURO. The project is designed by WAT&G.
