Raisio plc, Stock Exchange announcement 4 April 2022

Raisio plc’s Board of Directors has on 16 March 2022 approved the bonuses to be paid under the share reward scheme 2019–2021 as well as, in order to convey the part paid in shares to key employees, decided to implement a directed share issue without payment based on the authorisation granted to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting of 13 April 2021.

Raisio plc has assigned (other conveyance) a total of 239,854 free shares (RAIVV) held by the company to key employees on April 4, 2022.

The right to dividend and other shareholder rights begin on the day on which the shares have been registered in the key employee’s book-entry account. 

Taking into account the above-specified conveyance, the company holds a total of 1,240,487 free shares (RAIVV).
